Desired Profile  

- Installation and maintenance of Large and Medium Server farms..
- Technical specifications for and around SharePoint (e.g. interfaces to other systems).
- Validation of Operational manuals (for SharePoint operations and support)created by L2 support.
- Analysis of Sharepoint reports.
- Could work as Technical lead for L1 & L2 support.
- Analyzing and troubleshooting ticket escalated by support team.
- Liaising and Coordination with Client’s support and management teams.
- Vendor Management and Coordination activities. 

Knowledge and Experience Profile 

- 4+ years of L3 service line experience in Sharepoint Technologies. Hands on experience in MOSS 2007 is must for at least 1 year.
- 4+ years professional experience with SharePoint (Integration, administration and upgrades) in a large environment (20000+ user or 5000+ sites).
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Excellent technical and analytical skills.
- Excellent technical writer (operational manuals and technical specifications).
- Good presentation skills (can distill and present relevant information in a useful time like web meeting or in person meeting with client).

Should be willing to work in shifts.
