Desired Profile
- He should have implemented clustering – preferably on HP’s “Polyserve” platform.
- Strong in performance tuning and laying out ‘database’ standards.
- Should understand housekeeping, data modeling, entity relationships, Codd’s rules and certainly used tools like Erwin.
- Should be able to take initiatives with limited hand-holding, be a clear thinker, fine communication and the ability to get the job done on time with absolutely no follow-ups.
