SQL DBA Lead

Job Description  

•Installation, configuration and upgrading of SQL server software and related products.
•Ensure the availability and integrity of SQL Server databases world wide.
•Evaluate SQL Server features and related products.
•Establish and maintain sound backup and recovery policies and procedures.
•Logical and Physical Database design and implementation.
•Implement and maintain database security (create and maintain users and roles, assign privileges).
•Perform database tuning and performance monitoring.
•Perform application tuning and performance monitoring.
•Setup and maintain documentation and standards.
•Plan for growth and changes (capacity planning).
•Work as part of a team and provide 7×24 supports when required.
•Perform general technical trouble shooting and give consultation to development teams.
•Interface with Microsoft Corporation for technical support. 
•Create database objects (tables,indexes,stored procedures, functions and triggers in production databases, using the script (tested) provided by the developers.

Desired Profile  

-Engineering Graduate from Good REC (B.E, B.Tech, MCA-Regular).
Excellent Communication Skills.
-Good team leading and team management skills.
-Able to manage Client in US.
