IBM-DB2 Database:This requirement is specific to DB2 UDB DBA Skills.

Desired Profile  
Please find below the Job Description/Skills Requirement. 

• More than 3 years of DB2 UDB DBA administration skills in AIX environment .
• Overall experience to be anywhere between 3 to 6 years.
• Strong Communication Skills .
• Strong Problem Solving / Analytical skills .
• Some experience as Oracle DBA preferred .Knowledge of Data Stage, 
•Websphere Administration preferred .Well versed in Database administration tasks, including: • Logical to physical database design • Problem determination • Capacity planning • Provide input to backup and recovery planning, testing and operations • High-availability planning, monitoring and testing, as required • Data model change management, including performance, space and usage impact analysis • DBMS change management, code upgrades and deployment • Database security audits, management and planning • Database upgrade planning and implementation • Database monitoring and tuning, including usage and performance monitoring, SQL performance tuning, and stored procedure development and tuning.
