Job Description

The Primary roles of the Developer are to provide programmed technical solutions to satisfy project requirements, to time and budget, and to provide support and advice to both internal and external customers

Reviews architectural documents and/or specifications including business rules, edits, and database specifics for applications with team leads prior to implementation.

* Designs, develops, document and test applications in accordance with coding standards.

* Meets engineering, design, and coding deliverable deadlines throughout project lifecycle.

* Communicate with team leaders and managers on ongoing status, milestones, and success

* Provide technical support for the resolution of customer issues by performing analysis to determine root cause.

* Maintain previous versions of the product with client prioritized bug fixes.

* Perform other related duties, as assigned. This would include tasks such as documentation reviews, testing, training and support to other development departments.

Technical Description:

Must be strong in core java.
Must be strong in MVC Architecture
Must be strong in Design Patterns
Must be strong in Jsp’s and Servlets (Web Technology)
Must be strong in Javascript and Dom API
Should have Strong knowledge on MS Sql Database Server.
Should have an experiance with the following servers.

1) Tomcat Webserver (Mandatory)

2) Jboss Application Server (Mandatory)

3) Weblogic Application Server

Should have good knowledge on XML.

Desired Profile

Must be strong in core java.

—- Strong in socket programming
—- Very good knowledge on Threads
—- Strong in other core Java concepts also
Must be strong in MVC Architecture
Must be strong in Design Patterns
Must be strong in Jsp’s and Servlets (Web Technology)
—- Should have good technical knwledge in Servlets and Jsp’s
Must be strong in Javascript and Dom API
—- It’s Mandatory skill
Should have Strong knowledge on MS Sql Database Server.(Mandatory)
