1. MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Key responsibilities / account-abilities

*Provide Consultation & Guidance to members of the department.
*Install, Configure, Customize, Test, and Troubleshoot software’s, programmatic *situations and complex applications along with the team.
*Evaluate & Interpret technical or logical issues/problems faced by team members.
*Suggest Realistic Solutions to team members.
*Create crisp documentation/s for COE Knowledge base. Write, Maintain & Properly *Version Control the documentations.
*Train department users when necessary.
*Maintain & Track assigned projects and Should meet the time-lines.
2. CORE CAPABILITIES

*Plan, Analyze & Develop B/OSS applications.
*Help Department Head in Solution Design & Optimization.
*Perform other duties as assigned.
3. TECHNICAL SKILLS

*Must have good Logical Reasoning abilities.
*Should be knowledgeable in Networking concepts.
*Should be knowledgeable in Network Management Systems.
*Understanding in Network Management Protocols.
*Should be knowledgeable in Basic Programming concepts.
4. OTHER SKILLS

*Ability to engage with customer’s & partner’s.
*Ability to work independently on large projects.
*Should have good written & verbal communication skills.
*Communication skills should be very Clear & with Interpersonal skills.
5. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

*Education
*Graduate in MCA or equivalent
*MCSE/MCSA, CCNA, LPIC

6.Work experience
*6+ years in
*OOPS, Perl, Python, Jscript, HTML/DHTML, PHP

7.Language
*English & Hindi
