Required Skills:

Experience in TPF (z/TPF desirable) (10+ years)
End-to-end application development experience in TPF
Application architecting, designing and/or implementing in TPF
Assembler (7+ years) programming languages
C/C++ (5+ years) programming languages
Ability to translate business requirements into application development solutions
Leadership, Communication, Facilitation, Negotiation, Team building
IBM software development and testing methodologies, TPF practice specific
 Nice to have Skills:

Experience in Transition and Transformation methodologies
Global Resources and proposal development
Complex project experience (3+ years desirable)
T&T Client business experience (5+ years desirable)
