Technical Pre-Requisites:

1. Must have very strong expertise on embeddedapplication development
2. Must have strong C++ coding & Testing Skills

Pre-Requisites:

1. Must have 3+ years of Japanese client locations.
2. Worked in CMM IT companies (Preferred not mandatory)
3. Japanese Language level must be equal to native
4. English language must be atleast at a conversational level
5. Candidate must be an excellent team leader.
6. Candidate should possess excellent customer interaction skills on technology or business issues.
7. Candidate should be an excellent verbal & written communication skill and posses excellent analytical and problem solving.
8. Project management, coordination skills to oversee the entire the entire project as a key onsite member.
9. Flexibility to adapt into different environments and roles.
10. Self motivator with positive mind set who is able to appreciate difficult challenges.
