Job Description of the EAMS Technical analyst

Software Professional with 3 – 5 years experience in:

UNIX with SOLARIS 10
Able to develop unix shell script for day to day server maintenance tasks
Good Understanding of shell, vi Editor, awk and sed
Good Understanding of day to day unix command like cp,mv,tar,zip,ps,sar.prstat iostat,find etc
Aware of new security features in SOLARIS 10

Oracle 10g Application Server
Good Understanding of Oracle Application Server
Should be able to perform Oracle OAS installation on SOLARIS 10
Should know how to apply OAS patches

Oracle 10g and 11g Database
Good Understanding of Oracle RDBMS
Should be able perform Oracle RDBMS installation on SOLARIS 10
Know how to apply oracle RDBMS patches
SQL Query Tuning
Well conversant with oracle LOBs
Thorough understanding of oracle export/import and data pump export/Import
Know how to transfer data from MS Access/Excel to Oracle RDBMS tables

Tools
TOAD
Must be able to use TOAD for data loading
SQL Plus and PL/SQL Scripting and debugging
Able to write complex queries and PL/SQL script

XML Editors
Good Knowledge in XML editors like Oxygen, XMK Spy

Candidate must have high level knowledge & Experience in
Windows NT and XP OS
Microsoft Tools – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio
Good Understanding of XML
Should have worked in regulated environments.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills required

Programming
Good knowledge in JAVA programming, J2EE, OC4J
Desired Profile  Qualification:
BE,B Tech, MCA,M Tech
