Primary Experience:
 Knowledge of Visual Design Principals, Design Methodology and Best Practices
 Execute and complete end to end visual design project
o Create design proposals, understand clients’ business requirements, estimate time and effort requirements.
 Create concepts and graphic designs after understanding client business objectives, brand guidelines.
o Incorporate branding requirements, create style guide and reusable templates.
 Ability to articulate both visual and interactive direction
 Able to create visual design guidelines and standards
o Design screen standards, page type identification, page type re design as per best practices and page type documentation
• Good understanding of Accessibility
• Able to provide inputs to improve the existing design process & methodology
• Development of the webpage using DIVS and completely CSS driven XHTML wireframes.
• Expert in JS
• Secondary Experience:
o Sprite based CSS, Cross Browser Testing, SEO
• Software and Tools:
 Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Visio, Dreamweaver, and other tools and languages required to develop usable User Interface
• Added Advantage:
 Good Usability knowledge
 Web 2.0 technologies
• Qualifications:
BFA/ MFA, Multimedia course

Experience level is 6-8Yrs.
