Job Description:

Position: Systems Designer/Architect
Experience: 5+ years with expertise in the following:
1. OOAD experience with ActionScript 3.0 and Flash/Flex
2. Knowledge of Design Patterns and refactoring
3. Ability to design logical frameworks built in ActionScript 
4. Have in-depth experience integrating Flash with other technologies
5. Creating SCORM1.2/SCORM 2004/AICC compliant learning objects
6. Developing Accessibility standards compliant products in Flash

Position: Lead Software Engineer
Experience: 3-5 years with expertise in the following:
1. OOP experience with ActionScript 2.0/3.0
2. Ability to use logical frameworks built in ActionScript both on your own and as a group
3. Have in-depth experience integrating Flash with other technologies
4. Developing Flash components
5. Creating SCORM1.2/SCORM 2004/AICC compliant learning objects

Experience Range(in years): 3+ years
