I am Vaibhav from Proteans Software( www.proteans.com), Proteans is a CAMO group company that is publicly held (Oslo Stock Exchange) and headquartered in Oslo, Norway. Job Description 

Pre sales 

• Interact with customer to understand the requirements 
• Should be able to work with different tools ( flash, powerpoint presentations, HTML, DHTML, CSS, XML, XSL, JAVA SCRIPT, Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia, Dream Weaver ). 
• Take customer feedbacks to enhance the prototype features 

Design and development 

• Ability to visualize both high-level as well as detail-level graphic concepts from wire-frames into creative visual designs. 
• Good aesthetic, design sense and should have an eye towards detail. If required interact with programmers and assist in front-end programming in getting the application pixel perfect. 
• Create visual style guides and design icons for applications. 
• Exposure in print media 
• Responsibilities range from creating layouts to the final designs 

Desired Candidate Profile 

• Should have exposure in print media 
• Creative Design skill is must 
• Should have contributed in at least two Web portal development projects with atleast 2 years of experience in the IT Industry. 
• Should have worked on Web development using HTML, DHTML, CSS, JAVA SCRIPT, Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia, Dream Weaver, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw 
• Should have experience in graphic designing tools. 
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Should be able to visualize the layout of the product. 
• Should be able to come up with right questions to understand user preferences for various aspects of graphic design
