Desired Profile  PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Analysts will design, develop and deliver operational and SLA reports to our clients. 
  • Reports contain measuring values concerning the up-to-date supporting levels and the trend developments. 
  • Generate Reports Measured from the customer?s perspective. 
  • Data like Handle Times, Elapsed times and support should be made measurable. 

 

CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

 

  • Effective Customer Communication Verbal and Written. 
  • Must have demonstrated reporting and RDBMS experience . Must have excellent attention to detail. 
  • Superior experience with MS Excel, SQL Server/My SQL, and MS Access is required. 
  • Previous experience with any business intelligence tool is desirable (Cognos, crystal reports/business objects, microstrategy). 
  • Degree or equivalent experience, Technical certifications (A+, MCP, ITIL), advanced technical certifications, preferred. 
  • An inclination to be innovative & resourceful with the ability to seek alternatives & make decisions quickly 
  • Good Knowledge of Avaya Systems, call centre Metrics 
  • Good interpersonal skill
