Desired Profile  Experience:
v 8 – 10 years of experience in MS .Net
v Excellent understanding and working experience on OOAD and methodologies.
v Must be able to understand and express any design/architecture aspect through UML and/or other representations.
v Hands-on experience with one of the modeling tools like Rational Rose, Select
v Through understanding of Design Patterns and experience in their usage.
v Ability to develop high level and detail design for different types of applications like client server, web etc.
v Thorough understanding of RDBMS principles, design and hands on experience on any of the DB systems like SQL Server, Oracle etc.
v Thorough understanding of Transactions and their management.
v Excellent understanding of enterprise level applications, their architecture, issues, and data flow etc.
v Experience in .NET framework (2.0 or later versions) and extensive knowledge on various components of the framework
v Programming experience in languages like C#, VB.NET etc.
v Knowledge of .NET 3.5, Enterprise Library Application Blocks and LINQ is desirable.
v Experience in various MS Technology aspects like ASP, ASP.NET, JavaScript, AJAX , CSS etc.
v Hands on experience of application development experience in .NET, including Design, development and deployment of web-based applications/products
v Conversant with various tools like NUnit, ANT etc.,
v Experienced in application interface / interoperability approaches like Web Services, MQ Series, COM/.NET interoperability, WCF, WPF and Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture
v Should be able to address the non-functional aspects of the application like performance, scalability, reliability, availability, internationalization/ localization, etc.
v Should have a good understanding of the security aspects of the applications like authentication, authorization, public key infrastructure, SSL, certificates, etc.
v Must able to estimate a sizeable development effort
v Ability to negotiate scope with development team leads and clients.
v Knowledge on Agile Development processes like SCRUM etc. is desirable
v Experience or Understanding of HR or Payroll processing domains is a BIG Plus.
