Desired Profile

• 10 to 14 Years of experience.
• At least 5 years of designing and architecture experience for enterprise applications using design patterns-JEE Patterns or Microsoft Patterns, Object Oriented Analysis and Design, UML, Modeling tools like Rational Rose/ArgoUML
• Demonstrated ability in architecture, design and development of scalable, complex software applications using SOA Principles and tools
• Architecture consulting experience in the areas of enterprise architecture, application architecture, IT strategy
• Experience in application servers – Websphere, Weblogic, jBoss or MS .NET Framework, IIS, WCF, MS .NET Remoting, ADO.NET & MSMQ
• Experience in JSP, Servlets, JDBC, EJB, JMS, XML, Webservices or ASP, ASP.NET, ODBC.NET, VB.NET, C#, XML and WebService
• Experience in Webservice standards WS-extensions, WSIF, JAX-WS, WSIT, SOAP, REST
• Experience in open source frameworks like – Struts, Hibernate, Spring or .NET Nuke, NHibernate, Spring.NET.
• Knowledge on technology trends such as BPEL, JBI, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), BPMS, BRMS, Web 2.0, Enterprise 2.0, ROA, WOA, Portal, SOMA
• Reference Implementation for SOA Architecture using tools such as
• Mule ,BEA AquaLogic, Apache Service Mix, IBM SOA Platform, TIBCO SOA, Platform, Seebeyond, any other EAI related tools
• Microsoft – Oslo, OBA, Biztalk Server, SharePoint, VSTS, Visio, Dynamics, System Center, .NET Framework
• Evaluation/Selection of software/tools/methodologies
• Provide mentoring and training to junior associates.
