Job Description  
Challenging Research Assignment in the area of cloud computing, real time infrastructure, operating systems, databases

Desired Profile  
Qualification:
Post Graduate or Doctorate in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from a Tier 1 Educational Institution.

Experience:
Should have around 12-15 years of experience in System Engineering / Product Development.

Work Profile:
- Candidate should demonstrate technology thought leadership skills in the areas of research
- Conceptualize business problems and ideas and able to convert them into research programs or projects
- Develop objectives for major research programs and projects
- Participate in the development of long range plans on applied research and product strategies consistent with those plans
- Keep abreast of engineering / applied research trends and developments and incorporate them into assignments where appropriate
- Interface with other thought leaders and senior engineers across all the engineering labs for effective collaboration as required by the programs / projects
- Work closely with global teams and customers to formulate the long range plans

Essential Skills:
- Excellent technology and domain expertise in one or more areas of Cloud Computing / Real Time Infrastructure / Data Centre.
- Strong analytical skills
- Should have carried out research activity during his work experience
- Good communication skills, both written and oral

Desired Skills:
- Having published a research paper in IEEE / similar journal would be an added plus
- Participation in Special Interest Groups or Membership to IEEE / SIAM / ACM societies preferred
