Desired Profile 
Knowledge & Experience 
► Consultants with 5-6 years extensive experience in IT and 3-4 years as a PeopleSoft HRMS Techno Functional consultant.
► Should have working knowledge for at least these modules
1. Recruitment/ Core HR/ Attendance Management module/ Leave management module/ Transfer/ Resignation/ Performance Appraisal/ Company Assets/ Employee declaration/ Salary
► Subject knowledge for the process, Communications, Leadership quality, Outfit, Confidence

Job Level Competencies
► Experience in min 3 or 4 end-to-end Implementations or Upgrade or Support projects.
► Must have strong experience and exposure towards the Core HR, Payroll and Benefits modules.
► Full understanding of project life cycle and development methodologies.
► Excellent technical skills in People tools 8.x, PeopleCode, Application Engine, UNIX, Shell Script programming.
► Must have end-to-end Implementation/Upgrade experience in PS HRMS or above
► Ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels.
► Excellent communication skill. Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques.
