Good knowledge on network management with hands on cisco platforms, Leased line, ISDN configuration & troubleshooting. OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP knowledge is a must, Switching, VLAN administration, HSRP, GLBPS,STP, PVSTP, Etherchannel.
Good communication.
