Job Description

  • Interface with Senior Management and users to understand and develop business and reporting requirements.
  • Determine and analyze Process & business requirements and evaluate solutions against these business requirements.
  • Ensure there is a holistic approach to reviewing business requirements. Be inquisitive and preempt future business requirements to extend and expand the scope of the solution
  • Develop Functional specification that will be used by the technical team to develop the solution
  • Propose and gain agreement from key sponsors on final solution for identified Business Requirements
  • Assist the technical team in implementing solutions (design, project management, testing, verification, training, documentation, communications, facilitation)

Desired Profile

  • Essential Adequate qualification with business discipline exposure.
  • Essential Demonstrable experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering and solution design for varying types of projects including application development and enhancements, application configuration, portal design and reporting.
  • Essential Understanding of SDLC process used for the implementation of the projects from inception to deployment.
  • Essential Demonstrable experience of process design and excellent documentation skills
  • Essential Ability to think logically in solving assigned business problems and to present findings with clarity in written form

- Good level of comfort working with business managers having both corporate and production responsibilities
