Compensation Consultant
- Design, manage and administer:
* Company Wide Global Market Analysis
* Focal Base Pay and Performance Review Process
* 2 Company wide stock grants
* 3 variable pay programs
- Develop decision models and conduct statistical analyses for reward/recognition incentive programs and total compensation planning.
- Support the research, development and administration of compensation programs, as appropriate, through analytical methods; monitor program success.
- Develop standard online reporting related to compensation and performance management.
- Drive special projects for company-wide issues.
- Participate in multi-company surveys and analyze market data
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 4 to 7 years experience within a Compensation role
- Experience with India Compensation
- Experience and foundational knowledge in one or more of the following sub-disciplines:
* Workforce compensation
* Short-term incentive programs
* Executive compensation
* Equity compensation
* Other reward/recognition programs
- Experience in Compensation consulting firm and/or high tech company preferred.
- Working knowledge of HR functions and business processes required.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Ability to partner with all levels of employees and management.
- Extremely proficient with MS Excel and/or on-line salary administration programs
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Solutions oriented, with an emphasis on creativity and diligence.
