Desired Profile Primary Technical Skills (Strong Expertise):
- Technology
- Power Builder v11.2 – Preference
- Power Builder v10.0 – must if the candidate has not worked on PB v11.2
- MS Windows Workflow
- Strong experience in developing and maintain window base Client/Server (N-Tier) applications
- Database
- Informix or Sybase
- must have skills to write SQL & Stored Procedures
- Configuration Management
- Borland Star Team (any other configuration management tool)
- Design Tools
- 3+ years of Strong experience with Object Oriented Programming (recent)
- 1 + years of experience with Object Oriented Design (more recent)
- MS Visio
- Communication
- Capable of clear and concise communication with customers, clients and other non-technical people
- Should be able to participate or conduct conference calls with stateside team
- SDLC
- Waterfall Development Methodology
- Exposure to Agile methodology

- UNIX, Shell scripting
- IBM Web Sphere
- C / C++ / Core Java

Other Skills (Required);
- Experience in Banking Domain, preferably Credit Card technology
- Experience in distributed application development
- Preferably has been onsite (US only) and has experience working with Business or Tech Support team
