Process Trainer (Technical)
Job Description 1. Check for the New Advisory and Update.
2. If there is any Update the Teams Accordingly and Cross check for the hard copies Availability on the work Stations.
3. Query Solutions
4. Update the team if any Advisory or update received.
5. VNC conversation / Technical Training preferably from telecom industry.
6. Trainings scheduled and imparted as per the requirement of Client or Operations India.
7. Preparing proper handover for Next Shift.
8. Preparing / conducting test Papers.
9. Conduct Training as scheduled by Operations.
10. Maintaining Reports Of the week
11. Organize meeting if needed
12. Update the team on new Updates of that week.
Desired Profile
Candidate should be comfortable working in 24*7 environment.
He/ She should be proficient with Computers Preferrably from telecom Industry.
Experience 2 – 5

Education UG – Any Graduate – Any Specialization
PG – Post Graduation Not Required
Annual Salary Rupees 2,00,000 – 3,25,000
