6. Timely completion of projects according to target dates as specified at the initiation or handover of projects to [him or her].
7. Ability to operate and maintain a Project Management Information System (PMIS)
8. Experience in recruiting, hiring, managing and evaluating talented individuals and vendors.
Responsibilities:You will be working in the India office in concert with our dynamic US based team and oversee multiple small to medium-size Web design, development and e-marketing projects. You will be responsible for hands-on management of projects, as well as oversight of other team leaders. The position requires extensive experience and knowledge of the SDLC, particularly for Web-based software applications.

You will also be responsible for management of staff, including recruiting, vendor selection, hiring, and employee management. Project oversight requires management of schedule and financial performance, and assurance of successful completion of project requirements.
