Job Description  
Role(s) the position holder is required to play: Support & Development

1. Design and develop Siebel Analytics reports, dashboards and campaigns according to business and technical requirements 
2. Analyze requirements and design solutions for approved projects
3. Review, evaluate, organize and document detailed requirements
4. Perform quality assurance and testing activities according to planned schedules
5. Experience in upgrading the Siebel Analytics software on Unix OS.
6. Good knowledge regarding Business Intelligence & Data Warehousing
7. Should be flexible enough to work with US team late night.
8. Capable enough of forming and training his team with necessary skills.
9. Good verbal and writing skills.
10. Able to handle Development & production support activities with team.
11. Willing to travel to client location.
