Job Description
We at Espire Infolabs Pvt. Ltd are looking for Male technical recruiters(US Shift) at our Offshore Development Centre at MCIE, Mathura Road, New Delhi. The incumbent should have at least 3+ years of experience particularly into Technical software hirings with software organisations of repute or tier1 software clients.
Primary Skills:
(Mandatory): Recruitment-US Shift (Cold calling, Intial screening, Interview coordination, salary discussion, breakup and offer, followups, joining) headhunting, newtworking, vendor management etc.
Secondary Skills: Excellent Interpersonal skills and communication, Independent responsibility, team co-ordination, database updates.
Desired Industry Experience:
3-5 Years
Desired Relevant Experience:
3+ yrs experience relevant to IT recruitments
Academic Qualification (Preferably):
MBA
Joining:
join preferrably within 7-10days
Candidates with strong technical recruitment background with some corporate exposure in the past.
Desired Profile
Technical recruiters with excellent communication and and over 3years of relevant recruitment experience in US shift with reputed IT organisation or tier one IT clients.


-Incumbent must have awareness of the entire recruitment cycle.
-Must be aggressive in handling multiple requirements under deadlines.
-Flexible to work under pressure.
-Must have handled a wide range of technical requirements right from entry level to mangerial levels.
