There is an immediate opening with our MNC Client. We are looking for professionals with following skill sets.

Skill Set Required – Team Lead – QA, Targeted Crawling:

Experience- 4+ Yrs of experience
Work Location- Gurgaon

Requirements:
• 4+ years of relavant experience.
• Understanding of web publishing and scripting languages (HTML, Java, flash, Perl
etc)
• Understanding of advanced data QA methodologies.
• At least three years of leadership and management experience, with a proven track
record of success.
• Experience in training design and delivery, preferably corporate training.
• Experience and interest in curriculum development and management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking
• Attention to detail a must.
• Strong computer applications skills (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Quick learner with proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Creative problem-solving and analysis skills.

Responsibilities-
• Lead a team of specialists working on QA of crawling initiatives.
• Build team structure, recognize leadership potential, and develop enhanced skill sets
within the team.
• Test and deliver new crawled sites in a timely manner to the highest possible quality
standard.
• Design and optimize existing crawling processes, to ensure we optimize for
efficiency and quality of output, and provide ongoing feedback on tools
Design/optimize processes for QA of crawled data from multiple sources, including
Termite.
• Provide regular reports on growth and performance of the department, and develop
metrics to measure this growth.
• Training curriculum development and delivery for the teams within the Gurgaon
office.
• Coordinate effectively with other Team Leads across Content Sourcing team
Manage projects as needed.
• Assist in the evaluation of candidates’
