Deep technical competency in testing practice Ability to lead a team of Test Engineers & Test Analyst from technical perspective Creation of Test Strategy Creation of Test Plan Manage defects & track to closure Attend Test Control Meetings Coordinate to ensure timely availability of test environments Requirements Traceability to ensure that all requirements are covered by test cases Analyze Business Requirements Creation of Test Coverage matrix Prevent defect leakage to next phase Knowledge of corporate banking and wealth management domains will be added advantage

  • Knowledge of testing on host and off-host technologies is preferable
