Java Tech Lead

Job Description
1.    Do self code reviews and code refactoring.
2.    Develop unit test cases and using of JUnit.
3.    Understand Application Architecture and Design and would be responsible for implementation of the same in Java.

Desired Profile
1.    Degree in Engineering /MCA ( preferable)
2.    Minimum of 3+ years experience in Java J2EE technologies is a must.
3.    Experience in SQL PL/SQL and server administration is preferable.
4.    Demonstrate strong technical skills in core Java, J2EE (JSP, Servlet, XML/XSLT, JMS etc.).
5.    Knowledge of Design patterns, Database design, Application Architecture is a plus.
6. Product developement experience is a must.
