Job Description  
- Designing and developing enterprise level applications on J2ee and Java with sound exposure on Stellent.
- Should have worked on XML and XSL.
- Designing high level and low level technical designs documents. 
- Defining scope and architecture of the module/application. 
- Interaction with core development teams/project managers on Project/ Architecture/Design issues 
- Actively participating in technical/Functional document preparation like SRS, FRS, Project plan etc. 
- Participating in coding at the core level as per the customers requirement
- Need to work according to the predefined dead lines as per the projects. 
- Need to have excellent team orientation skills. 
- Key requirement is an ability to catch up with new technologies and to work in a high-paced dynamic environment with unknown requirements; deadline pressures etc.

Desired Profile
 – Candidates should have at least 4 yrs of experience in the software services/product development with a very focused experience of at least 4+ yrs on J2ee and JAVA with 1+ Yeas experience in Stellent is a must
- Must have done development on stellent
- Candidate with exposure to ISMS policy and ISO standards preferred 
- Knowledge of spring framework will be an added advantage. 
- Candidates with experience on designing/Architecting solutions on service oriented architecture (SOA) will be preferred. 
- Candidates with experience on large and complex business systems development with exposure to big team sizes would be given preference. 
- International project exposure is preferred; candidates with international visits for requirement gathering/design/Analysis purposes would be given preference. 
- Communication, written and oral must be excellent.
