Job Description  
# Designing, coding, debugging, documenting and supporting efficient and effective computer applications and tools consistent with established specifications and business requirements.
# Interpret business requirements related to a significant element of a system application.
# Assist with design or enhancements of straightforward aspects of less complex systems.
# Completes efficient coding on complex applications.
# Document unit test plans; completes unit testing successfully.
# Provide input / assist in conducting system feasibility studies.
# Assist with evaluation of systems scope and objectives.
# Need to work according to the predefined dead lines as per the projects.
# Need to have excellent team orientation skills.
# Client Interaction.

Desired Profile  
# 6 – 9 years of total experience in core java, struts, jsp, servletsetc.
# Should have executed the complete SDLC on at least one project using Java, J2EE.
# Should have played the role of a technical mentor in his career.
# Proficient in use of application servers, preferably Websphere
# Proficient in using Design tools – XML, RAD.
# Experience in Framework.
# Should be able to execute Unit Testing (Plan, Prepare & Execute).
# Experience in using JUnit / JTest.
# Significant experience in a single complex development environment or across multiple platforms.
# In depth understanding of business unit functions and applications.
# Possesses unique or specific technical knowledge that is frequently sought out by others.
# Strong knowledge of systems development life cycle.
# Strong knowledge of operational maintenance environment.
# Technical training skills.
# Shows strong, general understanding of health care industry.
# Processes unique or specific business knowledge related to information systems applications that is frequently sought out by others.
# Effective communications with all levels of internal and external customers and staff.
# Able to lead walk through of design documents.
# Independent communication with business partners to resolve design issues and negotiate project related items such as priorities and completion deadlines.
# Leads others toward technical accomplishment, collaborative project team efforts and achievement of important project goals.
# Willing to work in 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM.
