Job Description  
# Designing, coding, debugging, documenting and supporting efficient and effective computer applications and tools consistent with established specifications and business requirements.
# Interpret business requirements related to a significant element of a system application.
# Assist with design or enhancements of straightforward aspects of less complex systems.
# Completes efficient coding on complex applications.
# Document unit test plans; completes unit testing successfully.
# Provide input / assist in conducting system feasibility studies.
# Assist with evaluation of systems scope and objectives.
# Need to work according to the predefined dead lines as per the projects.
# Need to have excellent team orientation skills.
# Client Interaction.

Desired Profile  
# Candidates should have 2 – 5 yrs of experience in the software services/product development with a very focused experience on Core Java, jsp, servlets, web services, WID, SOAP etc.
# Candidates with experience on large and complex business systems development with exposure to big team sizes would be given preference.
# International project exposure is preferred;
# Communication, written and oral must be excellent.
# Candidates should have a strong customer focus, good business knowledge, ability to work independently, ability to learn new technologies.
# Proficient in use of application servers, preferably Websphere
# Proficient in using Design tools – XML, RAD.
# Experience in Framework.
# Should be able to execute Unit Testing (Plan, Prepare & Execute).
# Experience in using JUnit / JTest.
