(Associate Customer Service Representative – Voice/SemiVoice)

  • Fresh B.Com, BA, BHM and B.Sc graduates (2009 batch only)
  • Excellent communications, analytical and interfacing skills.
  • Extremely service oriented with willingness to learn new things.
  • Willing to work in different time zone

EXPERIENCED:

(Customer Service Representative – Voice/Semi Voice)

  • 13-36 months of experience in providing Inbound / Outbound Voice support
  • Effectively answer inbound/outbound telephone calls
  • Excellent communications, analytical and interfacing skills
  • Willing to work in different time zone

Following candidates need not apply:

  • BE / B.Tech / MCA / MBA
  • Candidates who are awaiting their last year results
  • Candidates with less than 1 year in the current company
  • Candidates who have worked with 3 or more companies and possess only 2 years experience
  • Candidates who have applied in the last 2 months
