Experience:

1. 7+ in Software Development (6+ in PHP), should be keen for PHP development profile
2. Candidate will be sent to UK for Transition, he will be doing this transitions individually.
3. Strong management oriented candidate is required with excellent communication skills.
4. Once the transitions will be done he might get opportunity to build a team around this project.
5. Excellent PM skills with inter personal skills are required, should be able to handle project independently.
